Honour Roll #5. Constable Adam Wahl was a newly engaged recruit in 1882
when he drowned in the Missouri River, USA, while en route westward with other recruits from Fort
Toronto to Fort Walsh, N.W.T.
Reg.#14757, Constable Herschel Wood died in 1950 of injuries received in a police car accident near Glacier Park, Montana, U.S.A., while on duty. His portrait hangs in the Deer Lodge, Montana, US Police Officer's Memorial.


Constable Herschel Wood's body was returned to Canada. He is buried in the 'Depot' Cemetery, Regina, Saskatchewan.
