RCMP Warrant NCO's Annual Meeting

On February 26, 2014 I was pleased and honoured to be invited as a Guest Speaker for the Annual Meeting of the Warrant NCO's which was held at RCMP 'HQ' in Ottawa, Ontario. The Warrant Group consists of all the RCMP Staff Sergeants Major, Sergeants Major and the Corps Sergeant Major.
